For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

“Products” refers to all watches, jewellery and accessories offered for sale through this website.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you should immediately discontinue use of this website.

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user and customer.

Nothing contained in these Terms affects any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Greek or European legislation.

We reserve the right to refuse service where these conditions are not met.

All prices displayed on this website are expressed in Euro (€).

Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any optional service charges are calculated separately during checkout before payment is completed.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical errors or technical issues may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method whenever possible.

Prices may change without prior notice.

However, confirmed orders will never be affected by future price changes.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. This email serves as an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

An order is considered accepted only when it has been reviewed, payment (where applicable) has been successfully authorised, and the products have been prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Payment authorisation has failed.

The customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent order fulfilment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

We offer secure payment options designed to provide a safe and reliable shopping experience.

Accepted payment methods include:

Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (available only within Greece)

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional charge displayed during checkout.

Bank transfer orders are processed only after payment has been received and verified.

All electronic payments are securely processed by certified third-party payment providers. At no time do we store or have access to your complete payment card details.

Should fraudulent activity or unauthorised payment attempts be suspected, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order pending further verification.

Transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

Payment transactions are processed directly by certified payment providers. We do not store or have access to customers’ complete payment card information.

10. Shipping

Orders are currently shipped exclusively within Greece.

Deliveries are carried out through our courier partner Speedex.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, weather conditions, courier operations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Current shipping conditions are:

Standard Shipping: €5.00
Free Shipping on orders over €150.00
Cash on Delivery surcharge: €5.00

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched during business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier operations and exceptional circumstances.

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal provided by applicable Greek and European consumer protection legislation.

Unless a legal exception applies, customers may withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us through a clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must:

be unused;
remain in their original condition;
include all accessories, documentation and packaging;
show no signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

The right of withdrawal does not affect any statutory rights provided by law.

12. Returns & Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, customers will be informed whether their return has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed without undue delay using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable legislation.

Refunds may be delayed depending on the processing times of banks or payment providers.

Returns that do not comply with our return conditions may be refused or partially accepted where permitted by law.

Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification or unauthorised repair may not qualify for a refund.

All products sold through our online store are covered by the legal guarantees provided under applicable Greek and European consumer legislation.

Official Tissot watches are additionally covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty, subject to the terms and conditions provided by Tissot.

Warranty claims relating to manufacturer defects will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms supplied with each product.

The warranty does not cover:

accidental damage;
misuse;
improper storage;
neglect;
normal wear and tear;
damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Nothing contained in this section limits the statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable legislation.
